PXE boot and install Proxmox VE hypervisors from local artifacts.

Prerequisites #

• MAC addresses seeded in inventory
• Network infrastructure running (or bootstrap-authoritative mode enabled)
• Proxmox VE ISO staged on artifact server
• DHCP reservations configured for target hosts
